Time is important – short essay

We get exact amount of time every day.

Don’t we!

Better three hours too soon, than one minute too late, said William Shakespeare. How wonderful! But do we realize the importance of time in the same way? The irony is — all of us want time the most, but, still, most of us use it worst. That makes the real difference between a great man and an ordinary person.

Time is very important in our lives. Time keeps us on track. If our knowledge is lost, we can regain it by reading; if our money is wasted, we can earn it back by hard work; but if we waste time, we will never get it back and we will only regret.

Even if we look in all corners of the world, we will never find the time that has been wasted.

India’s Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi would always keep a watch hung on his waist and if a second was wasted from his time, he would get annoyed.

We should make a perfect daily routine during which we don’t waste even a second. Each and every person should discipline himself in like manner to be successful in life. Remember, everyone gets the precise amount of time each and every day. And if you are not using your time wisely, you are becoming your own enemy. Don’t just spend time. Use it, man.

Your daily activity, if performed at time, will be productive and results will be superb. You must attend your school, office or games in time.

If you eat your food in time, you will have good health. If you complete your project in time, you will be rewarded. If you go to bed and wake up in time, it will enhance your energy.

So, what are you waiting for?

Even while you are reading this, the clock is ticking. Tick, tick, tick, tick…
