There is something special about ‘The First’. Isn’t it!
The first step, the first word, the first baby, the first love, the first kiss, the first poem, the first book, the first heartbreak, the first picture; even the first man on moon.
Maybe it is because it’s new and that is what makes it special, maybe it is the novelty of the whole thing, the newness of the emotions, the overwhelmingness of the whole thing or maybe just the shock at times or the magnitude which etches in our memory forever more.
It’s also the feeling of hope and faith that it carries along, which is what makes the first so special.
