It’s okay to not be okay sometimes. It’s okay to remind yourself once in a while that it really is okay.
Say it aloud. Say it more often. Someone around you needs to hear it. And it’s okay.
It’s a reassurance that all is well, and if not so, all will be well.
It’s not about giving false hopes to oneself. It’s in fact pampering oneself. It’s absolute self-care.
It’s okay, at times, if things fall apart, and so do people, relations, businesses and everything else in the world the way they were never supposed to.
